These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Willow. By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using any part of Willow, you agree to these terms. Please read them gently but carefully.

1. What Willow is

Willow is a wellness companion for daily mood check-ins, short reflections, grounding practices, gentle reminders, and personal progress insights. Willow offers a free experience and an optional paid tier called Willow Premium, which unlocks additional practices and library content.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Willow at soaringspiritscreations.net or any subdomain, you confirm you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to agree, and will use Willow only in ways that comply with these terms and applicable law.

3. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that happens under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, that appear to be fraudulent, or that pose a security risk.
• Your check-ins, reflections, and practice logs are private to your account and are not shared publicly by Willow.

4. Willow Premium, payments, and Stripe

Willow Premium is a paid subscription that expands your library. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you start checkout, we create a Stripe Checkout session and redirect you to Stripe to complete payment.

• Billing: You will be charged the amount shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Billing recurs on the interval shown (for example monthly or yearly) until canceled.
• Renewal and cancellation: Your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
• Refunds: Unless required by law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable, but we may provide refunds or credits at our discretion. If you believe there was an error, contact us promptly.
• Payment failures: If a payment fails, Stripe may retry. Access to Premium may be paused until payment succeeds.
• Price changes: If we change Premium pricing, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to cancel before the new price applies.
• Stripe terms: Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card number; Stripe does.

5. Acceptable use

To keep Willow safe and calm for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use Willow for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or to scrape, copy, or reverse engineer Willow.
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt Willow's operation, security, or performance.
• Use Willow as a crisis or emergency service, see section 8.

6. Content and intellectual property

Willow's grounding practices, wording, visual design, logo, and other original content belong to Willow or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Willow for your own wellness support.

You retain ownership of the reflections and personal notes you write. By using Willow, you give us permission to store and display that content back to you as part of your private progress view, and to process it to provide suggestions, only within Willow.

7. Feedback

If you share ideas or feedback about Willow, you agree we may use it to improve Willow without obligation or compensation, while keeping your personal data private under our Privacy Policy.

Willow is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee Willow will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Willow and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Willow. Our total liability for any claim related to Willow will not exceed the amount you paid for Willow Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50 if you did not purchase Premium.

10. Termination

You may stop using Willow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if we need to protect Willow's security, or if we discontinue Willow. Sections that by nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Willow is operated from, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your home country requires otherwise. We will update this section with a specific state or country after legal review.

12. Changes to Willow and these terms

We may update Willow, its practices, or these terms as Willow grows. If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and provide reasonable notice in Willow or via email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
